Return and cancellation policy

RETURNS

Can I return an item purchased on Helium?

Yes, you can return an item you purchased from heliumformen.com if it was received in "Defective" or "Not as Described" state. 

What is the process of returning an item?

We require the product to be in the condition that it was delivered in. It should not have been used and the product should be in its original state. 

Please initiate the return by sending an email to us at helium.customercare@quixoticoptions.com. Please list the order number in the subject line or send an email from the email address you used for placing the order or list the email address you had used to place the order in the email. 

We will get in touch with you and confirm the order return. Once we confirm please send the product to us at the address we will provide in the confirmation email. Please ensure you have added everything that was delivered by us including but not limited to price tags, labels, shipping bags, free samples, cards, envelopes and any other accessory. 

On receipt of the product, we'll immediately refund the money you had spent on purchasing our product. We will also compensate you for the costs incurred in sending the product back to us. 

Is there a time limit after which the returns would not be accepted?

Yes, we are unable to accept returns 30-days after the delivery date. 

Are there any exceptions?

Yes, under the following conditions we will find it difficult to process return requests:

1. The return package does not contain everything that was delivered in the order. 

2.  The product was damaged due to misuse or handling at customer's end.

What if I just don't like the product?

Helium wants it's customers to be thrilled and happy with the products. If the product does not make you happy then we will try our best to satisfy your concern. Please write to us at helium.customercare@quixoticoptions.com. Your query would be answered in 24 hours. In this case, we do not compensate for the costs you may incur for shipping the product back to us. We won't be able to accept such a request after 30-days of product delivery. 

CANCELLATION

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel the order before it has been shipped. 

How can I cancel it?

You can do it by logging in to your Helium account. 

If you have purchased as a guest user then please call us immediately at +91-8698602899 and we will cancel the order for you. 

What happens if I want to cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. 

When do you stop accepting order cancellation request?

We are unable to accept the order cancellation request once your order has been shipped. 

What is the mode of refund after cancellation?

The money will be credited to your source account.
